Blue and White Alamo Staffordshire Plate

Fantastic Staffordshire Plate titled ‘THE ALAMO CRADLE OF TEXAS LIBERTY" and depicts the Alamo in San Antonio, Texas. 

Made by Alfred Meaken in Staffordshire England, this plate is sure to add a touch of Texas charm to any blue and white collection, shelf decor or gallery plate wall. 

I acquired this piece at the estate of a stained glass artist outside of Austin. You know that scene in The Wizard of OZ where Dorothy opens the door and steps out, and everything is in technicolor? That's what I felt like at this fabulous estate.

It measures 10” in diameter and is in lovely estate condition.
