Unique Herend Rust Chinese Bouquet Gravy Boat/Saucier Dish with Attached Under Plate and Lid

This piece is unique! I have seen this gravy boat with the attached underplate BUT I can’t find another with the lid ANYWHERE even as an option. The branch finial handle, basket detail, and a plethora of gorgeous flowers adorn this tureen lid atop the gravy boat or saucier dish.

It's substantial measures approximately 6.5” tall x 10.5" wide. It is truly spectacular and in lovely estate condition. 

Chinese Bouquet is among the loveliest and most sought after of all the Herend patterns.  Initially created in 1930 for Count Albert Apponyi and aptly named "Apponyi Flowers," it is a glorious pattern inspired by the grandeur of the Orient.  

Each piece is handcrafted and hand painted in Hungary on white porcelain with 24K gold accents.

This collection of Herend is all from one Texas estate. A grand home in a small town. These pieces were cherished… I don’t know that they were used much…they are all in near pristine condition. 

Without the lid, it retails on Scully & Scully for $575 and on Replacements for $299.95…
