Pair of Vintage Castilian Crystal/Cut Glass and Brass Lidded Urns with Swan Handles and Flame Finial

Vintage pair of Castilian Brass and Crystal Lidded Urns. These exquisitely detailed pieces are almost too fantastic for words. The design in the crystal, the ornate brass basses, the neoclassical flame finials, and my favorite...the swan handles and wings that fan out from the handles adorning the front and back. There is a touch of spotting and wear on the brass, but nothing inconsistent with its age or use or that affects its dispalyability. They are stunning and in lovely estate condition.

I dare say they are the very definition of statement pieces(mine anyway, lol)...perfect mantel and table decor.

They are substantial in size and weight. Each measures approximately 18" tall x 9" wide at the swan handles and weighs just over 9 pounds! Crystal always weighs more than glass, but wow!

I acquired them in one of Austin's oldest and grandest neighborhoods.
