Hand Painted Pink Limoges Box with Charming Bird perched in a Tree

Lovely vintage Limoges hinged trinket box. Beautifully hand painted in pink with a charming bird perched on a limb .  This is an older one and was part of a fantastic collection.

Marked Limoges France Hand Painted and signed with the artist's initials.

I acquired this piece from a posh San Antonio estate. 

Sourcing the South and the great state of Texas for vintage and antique estate decor is my favorite thing to do...shopping estate sales, auctions, and charity thrift stores to carefully curate a collection of fantastic finds that have and will stand the test of time.

It measures 2.25” long x 2” tall x 1.5” deep and is in excellent vintage condition.
