Sandcastles on the Beach - Original Painting - Vintage

Original painting of two young girls building sand castles on the beach. Vibrant colors combined with the rustic frame add so much coastal charm to any décor. It's professionally framed by The Framin' Shop in Odessa, Texas. There appears ther’s been a bit of condensation on the paper on the back but it has has not affected the art itself. It appears to be signed but I can't quite make out the name.

It's substantial in size and weight measuring 35" wide x 29.5" tall.
