I acquired from the sweetest estate of a woman named Alice ❤️  That’s also where I found the two vintage Alice pieces l have listed. 

It measures 21.5” wide x 17.5” tall from outside corner to outside corner of the frame. The painting measures 19.5” wide x 15.5” tall inside corner to corner.
