This matched pair of mid-20th century porcelain vase lamps dazzles in a saturated ruby red fish-scale ground dotted with gilt blossoms and framed bird & flower medallions over a soft craquelure glaze. European twists. Coordinating porcelain finials. 

Dramatic gilt metal bow-&-wreath handles with pendant fruit clusters and ram’s heads give high-style, ormolu-embellished flair that plays beautifully with blue & white, tole, florals, and layered Southern interiors.

Each measures 29” tall to the top of the coordinating finial x 8” wide. 

They were acquired at a posh Westlake estate in the Austin area… the same as the Sèvres lithographs, the 3.5 foot Capo statues and the milk glass and wheat altar sticks. It was a glorious sale!
