Antique French Ormolu Bronze Mantel Clock with Hand Painted Porcelain Adornment

Antique French Ormolu Mantel Clock. Beautiful ornate details including the hand painted porcelain insert. We acquired this cock from a posh estate in the Tarrytown neighborhood of Austin. The clock did not come with a key so is not wound. Due to time (no pun intended) we have not attempted to have the clock looked at or repaired as it is also needing the back panel. The face and all mechanisms seem to be complete and in good working order. As is, it's fantastic and makes lovely decor. We can not say whether or not it works.

It's heavy and obviously well made.  It measures 14" tall x 8" wide x 5.5" deep.
