Antique Reticulated Staffordshire Lions, Estate Decor

It was love at first sight when I laid eyes on this pair of antique Staffordshire Lions while sourcing in Memphis. I've only had one other pair but THIS pair is standing with reticulated legs making them extra special. They have their original glass eyes and have fantastic hand painted details... Just look at those faces.

They’re c. 1880s and are true heirloom pieces. 

Please note that one has a shallow chip on its back leg as pictured. This really isn’t surprising considering their age.
