Vintage Porcrlain Cherub Candlesticks

These are the sweetest pair of vintage hand painted porcelain cherub candlesticks. I love the ribbon swag and the light blue wings. 

 I acquired them at the familial Castle Hills estate of a former San Antonio mayor and judge. His daughter was a prominent member of the Daughters of the American Revolution (DAR) and the daughters of the Republic of Texas (DRT) who spent countless hours serving on various charity boards around San Antonio.  

This estate had so many lovely things including that large antique French tapestry and I was thrilled to have sourced some of the most fantastic heirloom pieces. 

Pieces like this are why I love sourcing the South and the great state of Texas for vintage and antique estate decor…shopping estate sales, auctions, charity thrift stores, and antique malls to carefully curate a collection of fantastic finds that have and will stand the test of time.

Each measures 5.75” tall x 3.5” wide and are  in lovely estate condition.
