1920s Floral Still Life Painting, Blue Vase, Artist Signed Estate Art

Elegant 1920s vintage still life of vased flowers. It’s truly one of the most technically stunning paintings I’ve ever seen…add in the perfect shades of pink, yellow, green, and blue and it’s also a glorious pop of color.

It’s acrylic on board in a gold wood frame. It’s artist signed, I. Simon, in the lower right corner. I don’t find any information on the artist which is a shame because they were very talented.

There’s a note on the back, to Minette from Mother and dated 192…with the last number cutoff from framing.

I acquired it from the posh Texas estate of a former hospital president and his lovely wife. Both of whom were lovely, beloved pillars of the community. I can’t tell you how many people commented on how beautiful this painting is as I carried it around.
