Doll House Cross Stitch/Needlepoint - Vintage

I imagine this as a peek inside a grand doll house...so many details intricately stitched into this charming piece. I especially love the blue and white gingham in the kitchen and the floral pattern on the quilt or coverlet in the upstairs bedroom.  Hours of love have been poured into this exceptional one-of-a-kind heirloom quality needlepoint. It's signed JS and dated 95. 

It's been professionally framed with double matting custom cut in the shape of a house and layered in pink and green.

It measures 15" wide x 18.5" tall.
