Golden Tsuru Fitz and Floyd Plates, Made in Japan, Golden Heron, Sold in Pairs 7.5”

Fantastic Fitz & Floyd chinoiserie ‘Golden Tsuru’ porcelain plate decorated with a golden crane ( tsuru is Japanese for crane)and border- both delicately outlined in black. Marked on the reverse as shown. Perfect for use or display. 

This design was only produced in Japan from 1979-1981.

It measures 7.5” in diameter.

I acquired them from the lovely estate of life lifelong Texas art collector… the same as the John French and J Rembold paintings.
