Italian Gilt Wood Carved Candle Sconces, Vintage Estate Decor

Gorgeous pair of large vintage hand-carved and gilded wood and tole sconces. All original with beautiful patina. Made in Italy by Palladio.

The detail is amazing… the laurel wreaths, baskets of flower, and the bows! They are true heirloom statement pieces.

Note: there is wear on the back of one of the candle holders- nothing inconsistent with age and use. I’ve shown in the pics, but isn't noticeable from the front. Structurally sound. Price reflects. 

They were acquired at a posh San Antonio, TX estate.

Each measures approximately 31” tall x 10” wide at the candle cupsx 6.5” deep.
