Italian Topiary, Large Vintage Fruit Topiary with Pomegranates, Made in Italy

This vintage topiary is one of the loveliest I’ve seen… the variety of polychrome fruits including pomegranates, bananas, and oranges, just to name a few, make this piece visually interesting from all sides. Your eyes end dance from  one piece to the next and the fact that they're ‘stacked’ in a black vessel is unique.

 I acquired this piece from the estate of a New Orleans native who spent years collecting antiques and treasured pieces. Many were passed down from her own family, as well as cataloged auctions. It was a dream to shop.  Be on the lookout for more pieces because I kinda went crazy, lol.

Sourcing the South and the great state of Texas for vintage and antique estate decor is my favorite thing to do...shopping estate sales, auctions, and charity thrift stores to carefully curate a collection of fantastic finds that have and will stand the test of time.

This piece is substantial  measuring 19.5” tall x 8” wide and is in lovely estate condition.
