A pretty vintage German porcelain dancer the Dresden-style, known for its intricate lace-like accents, elegant Rococo-inspired forms, and finely hand-painted detail. A timeless decorative accent for collectors of European porcelain and grandmillennial interiors.

Markings vary across pieces, with some examples marked Germany. All are represented as German porcelain in the Dresden-style.

Acquired from the estate of a noted author and former head of the Texas Historical Commission. He and his wife were passionate collectors who traveled extensively, amassing an extraordinary collection — including the largest assortment of Meissen and Dresden porcelain I’ve ever seen.
