Vintage Pillivurt French Pheasant Trompe L'Oeil Tureen, French Pillivurt Pheasant Terrine Dish & Lid

Vintage French porcelain serving lidded serving dish/tureen. Handcrafted in the likeness of a crusted game pie, it's topped with a pheasant's head. The inside is glazed white porcelain. Equally perfect for making a terrine or a savory pie. Marked 'Pillivut France.' When not in use, it's a fantastic piece to display.

This piece is from the same estate as the FAB chinoiserie pagoda mirror I showed in my IG stories.

It measures 5.5" tall x 9" wide and is in lovely estate condition.
