Mid Century Aladdin Genie Chalkware Lamp, Circa 1950s

This mid century lamp fashioned as a genie is EVERYTHING! Her exotic beauty is mesmerizing… the pairing with this fantastic Szoke shade takes you straight to the tropics where you can imagine encountering such an exquisite being.

Crafted of chalkware ciraca 1950s, she is such a unique and rare piece to find. I believe it to be by C. Romenelli. 

Acquired from a posh Austin estate, she’s a true statement piece.

I've said it before and I'm going to say it again ... One of the things I always remember about interiors is lamps.... LOVE them, especially vintage lamps. One of my favorite gifts ever, is an antique lamp dripping in large crystals that Mr. C gave me on our 15th anniversary. They can add or take away so much and their lighting always sets the mood. So pieces like this mid centurury chalkware are always a treat to find.
