Fantastic French Digoin & Sarreguemines teal imperial eagle bordered Napolean themed plates in black on white. by Sarreguemines. Hallmark dates production to 1875-1900 France.  

Disclaimer: There is a chip on the underside that I don't think is very noticeable on the edge.

It measures 7.5” in diameter.  It’s in really lovely condition but has wear consistent with age.
