Vintage Empire Napoleon III Mirror with Carved Quiver and Torch, Laurel Wreath and Tassels, Jewel Toned Detail,

Absolutely amazing large vintage Empire oval mirror topped with a carved laurel wreath, quiver, torch and tassels highlighted in deep majestic jewel tones. Gilt beaded detail frames the glass adding another perfect detail to this heirloomstatement piece. Circa 20th century.

I acquired it at a posh Central Texas estate - the same as the Romeo and Juliet and the Faust et Marguerite lamps, the large antique tapestry. It was divine!

It measures 44” tall x 26” wide x 1.5” deep. It’s in lovely estate condition with age appropriate wear.
