Antique Bronze and Marble Ink Well with Emporer Napoleon Bonaparte Bust, FANTASTIC!

Fantastic antique marble and bronze Inkwell with a bust of Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte front and center with two ornate Ormolu ink centers flanking his right and left sides. There is a metal marker in the front with ‘1883 M.A.A.R.T. 1908’. M.A.A.R.T. refers to the French timeline.  Truly a masterpiece! The color looks kind of coppery but it’s more of a Renaissance gold, if that makes sense. 

I acquired it and the XLarge antique Georgios Platter together. I was super excited to be able to get them both as they are such special pieces. 

Disclaimer: the back right foot is different than the other 3 but really not noticeable and the Inkwell remains stable. As you can see with the lids lifted, one of the little cups is missing. A thought these are things not highly distracting, the price does reflect💚
