Antique Painting of the Rhine River in the Swiss Alps #1, Signed and Dated, Framed

Beautiful antique original art signed E. Dehner and dated, acrylic on linen stretched into a pretty wooden frame. This fantastic pair that stopped me in my tracks came from a lovely estate in an older, established part of Austin. This duo depicts the Rhine River, which runs through the Swiss Alps. I find both paintings reminiscent of The Sound of Music with their soft blues and greens, the depth in the water and the clouds, and the detail in the landscape and the structures. 

There are two companion pieces of this beautiful countryside by the same artist being offered separately. 

Measuring approximately 23.75“ long x 18.75” tall, it's in nice vintage condition.
