Original Antique Painting of the Rhine River in the Swiss Alps #2, Signed, Framed

Beautiful antique original art signed E. Dehner and dated, acrylic on linen stretched into a pretty wooden frame. This fantastic pair stopped me in my tracks at a lovely estate in an older, established part of Austin. This duo depicts the Rhine River, which runs through the Swiss Alps. I find both paintings reminiscent of The Sound of Music with their soft blues and greens, the depth in the water and the clouds, and the detail in the landscape.
