Vintage Blue and White Rörstrand Sweden ‘Fågel Blå’ or Blue Bird Platter

Fantastic blue and white platter by Rörstrand Sweden, the pattern is called "Fågel Blå" or "Bird Blue" .

It features a lovely pattern of blue flowers and a bird along with crossing lines around the rim. On the back is the Rörstrand stamp of the period plus the name of the series.

Did you know Rörstrand was founded in the castle of Rörstrand in Stockholm, Sweden in 1726, making it the second oldest ceramic factory in Europe??

It measures 14.5” in diameter. It’s lion lovely condition with age appropriate wear including crazing.
