Primitive Texas Hill Country Bluebonnet Painting

I love this primitive take on a traditional Texas Hill Country Bluebonnet painting.

Although not the typical Hill Country scene, it’s such a fantastic piece with vibrant colors including more rust in the color palette than most. It's acrylic on canvas and artist signed. The black wood frame envelopes it perfectly.

I acquired it at the estate of a former lobbyist for the state of Texas where it hung in the hallway of her private suite. This estate is so massive it will be sold in 3 parts. I am counting the days until sale #2, lol.
