LARGE Antique Chinoiserie Ridgways Devonshire Platter, Late 1800s

Fantastic LARGE chinoiserie Ridgways Devonshire platter in shades rusty orange, peachy pink, deep black, and chocolate brown. 

Decorated with a lovely water scene complete with birds, vased flowers, and cattails. Marked Ridgways Devonshire Rd. No. 2302 Rd. No. 688.  Circa late 1800s. It is truly fantastic.

Sourcing the South is my favorite thing to do... finding pieces that have been treasured for years and hopefully will be treasured for years to come. It measures 16.25” long x 12.25” wide x 1.5” tall from the table. It's and is in lovely condition with some wear including discoloration and crazing but truly it only adds to its charm. I'm showing it in high and low light.
