Vintage Wilvox and Co Silverplate Basket

I LOVE estate silverplate especially baskets… this vintage  basket by Wilcox and Co. is so beautifully detailed. There is some spotting but I don't think it detracts from its loveliness but nonetheless the price does reflect. 

I acquired it from a posh Austin estate along with several other pieces. 

Pieces like this are why sourcing the South and the great state of Texas for vintage and antique estate decor is my favorite thing to do...shopping estate sales, auctions, and charity thrift stores to carefully curate a collection of fantastic finds that have and will stand the test of time.

It measures 18.5” tall x 11” wide. Marked on the reverse.
