Antique Hand Painted Porcelain Plate Portrait with Relief Paint Work

Antique porcelain plate handpainted portrait of a lovely woman in beautiful dress with relief detail jewels. Signed Axtell. 

There's a note on the back that reads a wedding gift from one of her girlfriends to Margaret Rogers Conger, 2/14/1900.’

I acquired them from a posh Texas estate filled with French antiques, original art and Hermès scarves. It was a dream!

It measures 9.25” wide x 11.5” tall from the outside corners of the frame. It has been professionally framed with a wire and is ready to hang. The porcelain( shown) measures 6.5” x 4.75”. It's in lively estate condition with age appropriate wear to the frame. (Easel NOT included)
