Towle Sterling Silver Compote, Louis XIV, Antique

Fantastic antique Towle Sterling Silver Compote in the Louis XIV pattern. This pattern was patented in late December 1919.

It is such a stunner! 

I acquired it from the posh Austin estate of a former JP Morgan executive and his lovely wife. They spent many years living in England before returning to Texas. This place was MAGNIFICENT! This piece was personally brought back from London. 

The sweet lady of the house was thrilled to know their pieces would be offered to others who would love them as much as they did🩷

It measures 6.125” tall x 3.75” in diameter and in in lovely estate condition.
