Eho! Eho! Eho! Nursery Rhymes From France, Framed Bookplate

It’s getting harder and harder to find the beloved book, Nursery Friends From France. Because of the age, often times when I find it, the pages are in tatters so I've decided to start framing these original bookplates that are in nice condition to help preserve them. The original copyrights are from the twenties…These original bookplate are from the 1948 edition.

Its framed behind glass in French blue and gold and can hang or stand. 

They are perfect nursery decor and make lovely gifts.

The illustrations in the book are fantastic and 

My hope is that they’ll be treasured for years to come. 

I acquired this book at a charming Hyde Park estate. This place was out of a storybook… I think of it as a Victorian gingerbread house in the heart of downtown Austin. The lady of the house was a lifelong teacher and librarian. There were more books especially children’s books than I've ever seen… including in a library. This is the same estate where I found Rhe Haldon Group bow pieces.  This part of Austin has changed so much and I'm hoping this house is saved.

 🩷As with most vintage and antique pieces, there is light wear associated with years of age and use which only only adds to their charm. Please see all the pics as they are considered part of the description.
