Vintage Beaded Needlepoint Christmas Stocking | Toy-Filled Sleigh

Vintage Beaded Needlepoint Christmas Stocking | Toy-Filled Sleigh

A sleigh full of toys, rich Christmas colors, and beautiful beaded details—this estate-sourced vintage needlepoint stocking is brimming with nostalgic charm.

Against a rich burgundy ground, a deep green sleigh carries a Christmas tree, horse, teddy bear, nutcracker, and colorful gifts. Gold-tone beadwork traces the elaborate scrollwork around the sleigh, while a coordinating beaded scrollwork band decorates the top.

And the sparkle doesn’t stop there: beading embellishes the horse and nutcracker, with additional beaded details on the jack-in-the-box near the toe and a little beaded accent on the dog beside it. These thoughtful touches bring texture, shimmer, and personality to the charming needlepoint scene.

Finished with an orange cloth backing and attached hanging loop, it’s a beautiful addition to a collected Christmas mantel—and the kind of holiday treasure you’ll look forward to unpacking year after year.
