Vintage Petites Choses Dresden Brass Heart Wreath with Large Bow. circa 1980s. These wreaths were originally made  out of either antique candy molds (Petites Choses) or leftover ornaments (Dresden), and they came in several sizes.

They were meant for year round use with the idea of weaving real foliage and flowers in and around it to make it look like a real wreath.

They're getting harder and harder to find so when I saw this one I was ecstatic! This piece has so many fun heart designs. 

It’s in fantastic condition with very little wear that’s consistent with its age and use. 

It was acquired at a lovely Austin, Texas estate. 

Sourcing the South and the great state of Texas for vintage and antique estate decor is my favorite thing to do...shopping estate sales, auctions, and charity thrift stores to carefully curate a collection of fantastic finds that have and will stand the test of time.

It measures  10.5” in diameter.
