Fantastic vintage painting of a chinoiserie blue and white ginger jar, bowl, and cat statue in front of a cascading red curtain. Ornately detailed gold frame. It’s oil on board and signed in the lower right corner.

Estate art is one of my favorite things.

I acquired it from the estate of a former lobbyist for the state of Texas where it hung in the hallway of her private suite. This estate is so massive it will be sold in 3 parts. I am counting the days until sale #2, lol.

Sourcing the South is my favorite thing to do... finding pieces that have been treasured for years and hopefully will be treasured for years to come.
